How We Do It
We offer hands-on workshops, 45-minute coaching session packages, and our signature Life Balance Program which includes eight coaching sessions, materials, and resources.
We provide the space for clients to learn, grow, and thrive in areas of their choice.

My name is Nicole and I took this health coaching program. It was incredibly helpful on getting started on a path toward self love and wellness. Over the course of a few weeks, we covered so many topics from stress to nutrition. I learned something every week and managed to quit smoking, consistently do a weekly meal prep and start a weekly practice of yoga all while not feeling overwhelmed. The approach is so curated to the client that as our sessions went on, it became more and more personalized to reach MY goals. Meet your coach
Ally Gialketsis
Ally is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a homesteader, an entrepreneur, a balanced lifestyle advocate, a systems thinker, a nature lover, and a parent & paw-rent to her daughter, Annabelle, 3 huskies, 2 cats, and many more goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and rabbits. After many years of health issues that continued to worsen, Ally realized it was time for a change. Until this point, her time in nature was spent as a “weekend warrior” and was just enough to keep her going through the week at her fast paced management job. Between the stress, digestive issues, overwhelming toxic burden, and injury, she knew her life needed more balance. Her and her fiancé, Mike, bought land in the mountains to allow for a daily dose of mountain life and find the balance that they were missing. These days, Ally enjoys developing their off grid regenerative farmstead and other business ventures with Mike along with hiking, climbing, playing in the lakes and rivers, cooking and crafting with friends, gardening, preserving, hanging out with the dogs in the snow, and seeking solace in the forest.
