The Life Balance Program
The Life Balance Program helps clients connect to their values, meaning, and purpose to find a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. The program runs for eight weeks, and it addresses the following topics:
Meaning & Purpose
Knowing our meaning and purpose gives us the foundation and motivation we need to make changes in our lives. We explore this through thought activities and reflection.
Sleep & Relaxation
We need sleep and relaxation for our mind and body to properly function. We determine where you can improve your quality and quantity of rest in order to achieve what you want in life.
Stress
Stress permeates every facet of modern society. We identify areas in your life to reduce stressors and ways to manage stress that you cannot avoid.
Nutrition
Food is medicine, information, energy, and connection. We find ways that you can personalize and optimize your diet for optimal health.
Movement & Exercise
Movement is a key building block in creating a healthy life. We assess what, where, when, how, and with whom you move and determine ways to move that bring you joy.
Relationships
Connection is an often overlooked component of health. We observe areas you would like to improve your relationships and how you can get more involved in your community.
Detoxification
We live in a toxic world. We address ways to avoid exposure and the impact of toxins through diet and lifestyle choices, as well as through making smart purchases.
Tying It All Together
In the final week, we reflect on the achievements you’ve made in the various categories, review tools and resources available to you, and set you up for the future.
The program includes 8 – 45 minute coaching sessions* on the phone as well as weekly materials, suggestions, reflection questions, and resources. During each coaching session, we will dive into areas of your life where you would like to see change and develop and implement strategies for achieving your goals.
The Life Balance Program is all inclusive and costs $600.
Like life, you get out of it what you put into it! This program requires an eight week commitment to reviewing material, attending coaching sessions, and coming ready to get real and work on things you’d like to improve. Depending on the person, this will be a 2-5 hour commitment per week (including coaching sessions). You will need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer to read the materials (which will be shared via Google Drive – you may want to print them or pay an additional fee for a printed copy of the entire program if that’s your style). You will also need a reliable phone connection and a safe and quiet space to sit during the conversation that is free from distractions.
*Clients can choose to do 8 consecutive weeks or break the program into 16 weeks either with a 1 hour session every other week or 16 consecutive 30 minute sessions with two weeks on each topic.

6 Month Package
This package includes 24 45-minute phone sessions to be scheduled weekly or bi-monthly depending on the client’s needs.
~24 sessions for $1500~
**Live in Bonner County, Idaho and prefer in-person sessions? Home visits available for an additional transportation fee. Just ask!

Learn how to navigate your local grocery store to find nourishing, healthy food options without being stressed, overwhelmed, or distracted.
~$100 includes 30 mins to one hour of touring, depending on your desires, as well as nutrition and shopping resources to use in everyday life~
Pantry Revamp
Get help cleaning out your pantry, determining what healthier options might be available to you, and organize to promote healthy decisions.
~$200 includes drive time, making a game plan, one hour of cleaning and organizing as well as resources to use for future shopping trips~
Scratch Cooking Date
Determine what you love to eat that is also good for you and let’s get our hands dirty.
